- NBNathan Burns2 days ago1.0Not impressed and will not be going back. Their website indicated no need for an oil change appointment, so I went in over the weekend. They were too busy that day so they scheduled an appointment, which was no problem at all. I went to my appointment at the scheduled time and they were too busy but they guy said he didn't call to let anyone know they were running behind. I had to leave my car and walk about an hour back to work and was asked to pick it up after work. When I returned it was ready to go but he used normal oil instead of the full synthetic I wanted (he offered to switch it out but then I would have had to wait longer). Also did not take my oil change coupon I brought with me. Will not return.

We arrived before our appointment and were helped promptly. Andrew (I think) had the car put on a lift and they confirmed the Automatic Transmission fluid was full. Then proceeded to check other reasons for the message. Our oil was low so they did an oil change. We were able to continue driving home with no further issues.
