  I'd like to give a big shout-out to Link Automotive for some emergency repairs they did recently on my 2018 Nissan Versa. When I was driving to work early one morning, my transmission seemed to be getting rather hesitant and, for lack of a better term, "grabby." After work the problem had gotten MUCH worse, and I was lucky that my car even GOT me to Link Automotive. Since they couldn't get to my car until the next day, they were kind enough to give me a courtesy drive home. The next day they called to tell me that a couple of transmission cooling lines had to be replaced. I authorized the repairs, they ordered the parts, and a couple of days later my car was driving just fine. They explained that one cooling line had completely rusted through and the other was almost as bad, so I had lost most of my transmission fluid. Worst case scenario was needing a new transmission, but fortunately that was not necessary. So I HIGHLY recomment Link Automative should you ever need transmission work done.

  Giving 5 stars because the car was diagnosed and repaired properly, can't ask for much more than that. My only minor criticism is that it felt like I would have to call for the follow up the next day several times after being told I'd receive a call back "in a few." Possibly an issue of the mechanics not relaying info to the office. Not a big deal but still a little frustrating. If the shop can work on the communication, I'd say you'll be hard pressed to find a better shop around here. They were straight to the point about risks and options, and got the work done.

  We broke down while on a road trip. Link was able to prioritize us and get us back on the road within 24 hours. They went out of their way to help us. Let us bring our dogs inside to cool down, it was hot outside! Even gave them water. Then helped us find a hotel for the night, provided transportation to and from the hotel. They made a very stressful situation manageable. Can’t recommend and thank them enough!
