- CJC J1 day ago5.0Great little shop. Service was quick and reasonably priced. Service manager was especially attentive.
- KDKristin DaySep 22, 20265.0By far the BEST mechanic I've ever been to!! Very detailed inspection reports and 100% transparency. I will ALWAYS use link from now on.
- CSChristopher SattesSep 18, 20265.0We took our 2013 Nissan Sentra in to get checked out, and let me tell you, we have officially found our new permanent car guys. The Drama: We got an oil change at a different mechanic in downtown Charleston just last week. Guess what they conveniently failed to mention while they were under there? A dented oil pan! Unbelievable. The Hero: Enter Derek at Link Automotive. He called us up, broke down the real situation (front brakes, rotors, struts, shocks, and the secret oil pan), and explained everything perfectly. The Honesty: Derek confirmed these issues had been brewing for a long time, which was oddly comforting to know. Even better, he actually separated the "mission-critical" repairs from the "we can worry about this later" list. No shady upselling, just straight facts. The Perks: Not only did Link save us a lot of money on the actual work, but they also offer a to-and-from shuttle service if you live within a certain radius. We got to completely bypass funding the local Uber/Lyft economy just to get our car back! Bottom Line: My wife and I are extremely pleased, and Link Automotive is our exclusive shop from now on. Come for Derek’s top-tier honesty and the great prices, and enjoy the sweet relief of a free shuttle ride.
