Our first rental was having an issue returning home from south Carolina. It is Sunday , mother's day, and we had excellent support from the telephone with Jason , who deals with truck rental( we were car rental) he still took the time and was patient with us to put us in the right path to get the car switched. The airport staff were spot on quick to help us to switch cars; no million questions and papers to fill out. They were prompt, very nice, and extremely helpful to get us back on the road to get home. Thank you Enterprise!!!!

I just want to say the experience today reminded me of why I always should pick Enterprise. Not only did they offer me a ride home but they was far more personal with their customers and I appreciate that. The car was ready upon arrival and I was done within a few minutes. Check out was a breeze and the gentleman who handled me check in was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend
