- MMMarieJun 30, 20261.0This location did us DIRTY! We signed a contract for a specific vehicle, a Ford Transit Medium Roof. Over the phone every answer is YES YES YES. We get there and NO NO NO they don't have it. They bring around a low roof. They wasted our time. They act like they don't even know what it is and they never have them. So we walked away empty handed. Because I know they think they can just tell us that they have what we want when they don't. They think we're just going to settle, well we're not.

Our first rental was having an issue returning home from south Carolina. It is Sunday , mother's day, and we had excellent support from the telephone with Jason , who deals with truck rental( we were car rental) he still took the time and was patient with us to put us in the right path to get the car switched. The airport staff were spot on quick to help us to switch cars; no million questions and papers to fill out. They were prompt, very nice, and extremely helpful to get us back on the road to get home. Thank you Enterprise!!!!
