  It is ALWAYS a hassle getting through the fine print of renting a vehicle. I’ve even had frustrating experiences within this same company. But when I tell you I had the best experience at this location, I’ll never rent anywhere else again. The two gentlemen working that day were so nice and patient with the excited 5 year old that’s ready to go to the beach. Great job, guys!

  Great experience and friendly staff. Was seamless and fast. We had rented a car for vacation and it was clean and ready to go when we got there. Our pickup was set for the same time they closed and Dante was fine with being there a little longer than usual. When we returned the car he even remembered my name. Would definitely use them again

  The two guys working at the Kanawha City Enterprise on MacCorkle Ave were the most excellent representatives Enterprise could ever hope for! They treat you with utmost respect and o everything they can to make sure you’re taken care of. I will always go back here for any rental I might need.

  never answers the phone! had to call a completely different location to make payment and extend my rental, for them to say they can’t ahold of me and take away my 3rd row because i had to use a debit card . don’t waste your time here. miles and drew were awesome when they was at this location now there’s a donte there and he’s not very friendly won’t go out of his way to try to help you like miles and drew would.
