They can't solve the issue, then blame it on someone who was fired & not calling beforehand when questioned repeatedly. Assistant manager hung up on me. Then they refused to let me talk to her when I called back, told me they are cancelling my reservation. Will not book with any enterprise within the state of West Virginia again, we found another one & got one rebooked & confirmed they had it! This site in particular does not care about their customers or their needs when they book something.
