Friendly service and fast rental process and usually clean late model and dependable cars. I had a 2027 with less than a thousand miles showing on it, but it was not as clean as it should have been! Other than that, I will rent from Alamo again!

They were out of cars and offered me a mini van which I declined. I waited 20 minutes for them to clean a car. The seat cover was stained. The car smelled. The Hyundai Tucson had no USB port. Definitely could do better.

The customer service was beyond exceptional. Flew in from across the US and the young man behind the counter made the whole experience easy and I will rent from Alamo again just because of him.
