I came in needing transmission fluid for my ZF 8 Speed—which, as any German car owner knows, requires very specific standards—and she was an absolute pro. I was blown away by how well she knew the required certifications and the exact capacity for my vehicle. She was already familiar with the specs. Her technical knowledge and confidence saved me a lot of time and guesswork. If you’re looking for someone who actually knows their stuff and provides top-tier service, ask for Emelia. Highly recommended!

Two guys were working, one looked up up on the computer told us the correct number light bulbs, instead of taking the time to show us exactly where it was, pointed to the aisle and made us search, wasting my time. Anything auto is not my scope of practice, and when re-asking making sure we get the right one he responded with an attitude and then snickered with his coworker. 10/10 do not recommend, no help or courtesy given at all.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
