  Wonderful sales service by Jeff M. He was very helpful and tried to help us get into a new Corolla I was in negative equity with a co-signer credit over 800 mine 670ish 5 k down only submitted application to one place said it would be the same that 10% interest was best they could do on a new car from the financial department. That guy was not helpful and acted like it was a waste of time helping us even with the 5k in cash in hand and insurance papers for Corolla as well in hand but told us best payment was 83 months for 561 not telling us at all the payment was 72 months for 562. We would have made a deal at 8% but thank you for helping me get into a Chevy at Northside. However Jeff from sales department was phenomenal the financial representative was much to be desired rude attitude towards us so we left thank you.

  I had a great experience working with Gary and the team at Buchanan Toyota while purchasing my 2026 Toyota Sienna LE AWD. Gary was patient, honest, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I spent quite a bit of time researching Siennas, comparing trims, and shopping dealerships in several states, and Gary never pressured me or got frustrated with all of my questions. He was always quick to respond, provided lease numbers in writing, and kept working with me until we found a deal that fit my budget. The management team also deserves recognition for being willing to sharpen their pencils and earn my business. They worked me and got me into the exact Sienna I wanted at a payment I was comfortable with. When I arrived at the dealership, the van was ready, the paperwork process was smooth, and there were no surprises. It was refreshing to deal with a dealership that was transparent and willing to work with a customer who likes to do a lot of research before making a decision. Thank you again to Gary and everyone at Buchanan Toyota for making the experience enjoyable and hassle-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyota, and I'll definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

  We had a great experience with Buckhannon Toyota. We called around multiple places and Nathen was only sales person in our search who wanted our business and to come to Buckhannon Toyato with calling us back, being informative and kept us in the loop the whole process as far as when our car would arrive, be delivered and processes in between! Trade was a great deal, smooth process! Zack in finance is super nice as well! We hope we can continue a 5 star rating if any issues arise and once we will need maintenances on the vehicle.
