  They helped me get my wheel lock of my car without melting or damaging my rims. Price was so decent compared to what job was done. They were all nice people who really cared about helping me get my car on the road back to Virginia. Photos include how bad the tires were, and to how hard it is to get the wheel lock off. Last image includes how great my wheels sit without worrying about broken wheel lock keys and how to get them off thanks to them.

  I hate being this person because I’m a very laid back person and trust people to do their job. I don’t want to name names on the internet. I came in for an oil change. That’s all I wanted. The guy tells me that it’s recommend I change my spark plugs. I know absolutely nothing about cars or anything to do with cars so I trusted him. I figured they were getting ready to go bad or something so I told him to fix it. He said my oil cap was leaking a bit and they could put a sealant on it. Okay, that’s fine, I told him to fix it because I only have one car and I work an hour from the hospital I’m employed at. I need my car. Total cost was 741 dollars I really didn’t have. It took all my savings/back up money. After talking to my parents, I feel like I was swindled out of my money when I just came in for an oil change. Why are they looking at something that had nothing to do with the oil change? Instead of saying “it’s recommended” the guy could have said “if you’re not having any problems with the car starting then I wouldn’t change them BUT it says that it’s recommended. The choice is yours”. It’s obvious I knew nothing about cars, why wasn’t it explained more? Now when I get to a certain speed on my car, my steering wheel shakes. I refuse to go back and get swindled out of more money. I’m taking my car to someone else. I explained what happened at my work place because I wanted to see what their thoughts were and wanted to see if I was just being overly dramatic. Even they’re shocked at the price I had to pay!! They’ve even said I got swindled.
