  Bridgeport Mazda is excellent even while going through the construction of the new facility. They serviced our 2017 Mazda 6 today. Service writer Patrick took me right away at 9AM. Kept me updated on service being performed. Met Technician Mathew who is very knowledgeable and professional. Kip the General Manager introduced himself. North Central West Virginia now has a first class Mazda dealership only to get better with the completion of their new facility later this year. Update: Patrick just sent me a video summary of today’s service. Technician Mathew gave a detailed audio description in the video of the service performed and also all the components in the multi points inspection. Outstanding!!!

  I recently purchased a used Mazda (not from their lot) and had a couple of concerns. Their Service department took a look at my vehicle to make sure all of my concerns with addressed. Now I am able to fully enjoy the Mazda driving experience. Highly recommend going to them with any automotive needs you may have in the future!

  We couldn't have asked for a better experience purchasing our first Mazda! They had a stocked lot with so many options. Tyler, Trey, and Denny were a fantastic team. They were knowledgeable, transparent, and handled everything efficiently and with the utmost friendliness.

  I had an amazing car buying experience from the moment I stepped onto the lot to the second I drove away in my new car. The entire team made the process smooth, stress-free, and efficient. Tyler is the best salesman around. He was knowledgeable and never pushy, which made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. The finance managers were honest, transparent, and extremely helpful in explaining everything clearly. I also appreciated how timely everything was — I didn’t have to spend hours sitting at the dealership waiting around. Overall, this was by far one of the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!
