  I scheduled my appointment for Safelite to come to my house, they arrived on time. They could not recalibrate my windshield, so I was told I would have to take it to their shop in Bluefield WV, a little over a hundred miles away. Later that evening I received a text message to take it to their Bristol Tn. shop which was fine because it was only about 60 miles away.this was on a Friday, Monday I received several reminder text to have my car at Bristol, Tuesday at 3:00. Tuesday morning around 9:00a.m I received a phone from Safelite reminding me to be at Bristol at 3:00. I went to Bristol, told them what I was needed and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and they would not do anything, they had no customers at the time, and would not help to find out what had happened, except act like I was lying to them even after I showed them the text. I called Safelite call center and after a hour trying to get through their automated system to get to a actual person the woman I spoke to said I was scheduled for Bristol. She then transferred me to the Bluefield shop, and they scheduled me to come up to them Thursday, a tank of gas later and 10 minutes in the shop they did fix the problem. While I was there another guy was there and told me this was his 5th trip for them to fix the same problem, he said he would leave the shop every thing would be working and get down the road and it would mess back up. I will never ever use Safelite again, the least they could have done was reimburse me for the tank of gas I ran out for there mistake.

  The tech was very friendly! When he got finished he explained everything to me the do's and dont's! Would definitely recommend!

  My windshield was damaged by a semi going by throwing something up on it. I went to my insurance website, chose Safelite, scheduled my appt., & took my car to get a new windshield. I could not ask for faster service or an easier experience. I highly recommend Safelite.

  Recently had a windshield replaced at Safelite Bluefield W. Va. Polite, professional Staff . Facility was clean and comfortable. Service was quicker then expected .
