Got something embedded in a tire and developed a slow leak the night before I had to make an 11 hour drive. Showed up at their front door at 730am and explained my situation. I was on the road less than an hour later, even with other patrons waiting. Big thanks to the Mr. Tire crew, you saved our trip!

Mike Predue does excellent work at Mr Tire in Beckley wv. Had my car in and out in no time. He's very knowledgeable. Had my oil changed, battery changed, 2 new tires installed with an alignment.

Brought my truck in to have a damaged valve stem replaced. They got my truck in quick and they completed the job quickly. Cost was very reasonable and definitely quite a bit less than going to a dealership. This is twice I’ve used them and their service is excellent.

Had such a pleasant experience. Becca working at the front desk is a rockstar and truly helps the environment. Quick and efficient work. I appreciate it all!

Dropped off a car to just get a brake inspection due to new brakes vibrating on one wheel around 1pm. They said they'd look at it at 430pm. Never heard anything that day or next day until 1pm. I called for an update and they said they had no record of having the car and would talk to the store manager and give a call back. I told them the guy the day before had my key on the left service desk with a work note under it. I waited an hour and called back but no answer. Tried 2 more times after another half hour with no answer. So I drive there myself to find nobody at the main desk, the help worker in another room, and my key laying in the exact location on the service desk as the day before on the notepad with the work note. I just grabbed the key and found someone to tell them I was taking my car and left.
