  Even when have an appointment you still sit for 2hrs for an oil change. There’s always a long wait and some kind of bs going on holding things up even longer

  I am from out of state and had a tire emergency. These guys got me in and out within the hour and the pricing was immaculate! The service here was wonderful and they had wonderful, professional, and experienced staff! Highly recommend!

  I was driving from Ohio to South Carolina in a BMW M550i when right before the Beckley/Tamarack Travel Plaza around 12:30 pm I hit a hole (big one) and my tire went immediately flat (Run flat tire) - I pushed the BMW SOS button and they were going to send me back to a dealer in Charleston (St. Alban's) or to Roanoke - adding an hour and a half plus waiting for towing service....After talking to my husband he immediately searched for tire stores and found Mr. Tire in Beckley - they had the tire I needed but did not do towing and recommended a towing service - I called them and the tow truck was there in <30 min. and I was at Mr. Tire by 1 pm - The person on the phone was Becca - who I also saw at the store and she was so great knowing my issues and me wanting to get home to South Carolina the same day.....Well by surprise, everything was done a little after 2 pm and I was back on the road by 2:30 - that has to be a turnaround time to be beat!!!! Earl was the person who changed my tire....I arrived home that evening by 7 pm (of course had Charlotte traffic at 5:30 pm :( - ugh). All costs included was a total of $125 plus towing for $70...I can highly recommend any traveler driving on 77 and having issues close to Beckley to use Mr. Tire and the towing Service was Glen's towing and Road Services.....Thank you all!!!

  Called your Beckley location yesterday needing information about some tires and someone answered the phone that sounded like some type foreign speaking scam call. The person could not understand or speak English. Long story short I hung up the phone and found them elsewhere. If this is your policy you need to change it.

  Had a long day Friday & had my babies with me so I had my hands full & I drove over an hour to take it to Mr Tire & gas ain't cheap esp with a Jeep. This is my only auto I use to go get food & things my babies & I need so I needed it looked at to properly figure out what it needs to run properly & safely for my babies & I. Took my Jeep to get looked at so I can figure out what it needs & make a list to get done of what I could & couldn't do & what I couldn't do I was going to take it to Mr Tire. I know they looked at my older Jeep engine, electrical, & all over in engine bay & underneath front & back before & told me. This time they wasted my time & money. This time they only told me what I told them when they asked me what's going on with it. I told them the u joint, sway bar links, & a possible ball joint & I told them what was going on with my engine & the cruise control. I didn't tell them about the muffler & exhaust, oil leaking, & breaks & etc (though I knew it needed that) just to test & see if they would look at it as a whole. Mr Kevin I have spoke to before he seemed kind so I thought they would actually help me. I was told they could look at the whole thing & help me figure out what was wrong with it & what it needed by people who have been to Mr Tire & had their auto looked at entirely like I did mine years ago. I was told there wasn't a reason why they couldn't have checked it out they had 20 minutes of time left before 7 pm & I got there around 5:50 pm & they only had 1 or 2 people before me in there for tires only. I will be calling the company & possibly corporate to file a complaint cause I agree there was no reason they couldn't have looked at it as a whole cause that is what they do. They lied to me & told me they couldn't look at the engine & etc. Seems like pure laziness & unprofessionalism cause they didn't even say anything about the muffler or back end when they should have looked at that too. Guess they thought they could just push & shove me off being I looked like a small country woman with my hands full with 2 babies. Seemed they just wanted to close early cause the lady at the front desk I spoke to told me the mechanics was trying to leave early around 4:30 to 5 pm & they don't close till 7 pm & I mentioned that to them. I expected better from Kevin & whoever was working at that time...
