  Automated system schedules an appt after a tow only to then tell you they can’t help you because they only have a tech. Don’t automatically schedule appts knowing you’re not able to help as that alters plans.

  Tried just getting my brakes checked out and alignment done and they shew me away even after doing an appointment. Got told rudely about how I was inconveniencing their schedule after putting in for an appointment for the day I dropped it off. I also couldn’t have just left my car there according to the rude employee. I don’t expect some cherry blossom and gumdrop service but I also expect to have my shit done the day it’s supposed to be done. Then to be told sorry in a rude tone, it didn’t help at all. Was suggested to take it to this location too, and what I got was insincere bullshit. Not recommended yall

  This is my first choice garage to go to but this last extras terrible I scheduled a appointment at 330pm to have front brakes or whatever the issue is fixed never fixed problem i gave up waiting come Sunday and they told they would get to it sometime and told them not not bother and I would pay whatever I have to and come and get it and take it somewhere else I’m really disappointed I have never had bad experience here till now

  As long as I can't reach the shop directly instead of a call center, I will always immediately hang up and move on to the next tire shop.

  7 hrs from home with a bulge in my tire. These guys fit me into the schedule 30 mins from closing they threw on their last tire for me in 30 mins.
