  AWESOME SERVICE!!! Great price! Im from out of town and my 4-wheeler’s tire blew! We found new tires and Mr Tire put them on the rim for us even though they were extremely busy! It wasn’t an expensive service and they could have turned us away but they didn’t…and I was able to ride the trails that afternoon! I highly recommend Mr Tire.

  It was terrible. They had my daughter's SUV for over 4 weeks. They never called her giving no updates. Customer service was totally absent. People were so rude. When she did call no one would answer the phone. She called 12 times before anyone finally responded. They would be the last company I ever would use and Im being generous when I say that.

  Ran over a metal object on I-77 on a long journey home to Western New York. Found Mr. Tire open on a Sunday! We got to them before closing and they accommodated us. They have a high bay garage which was helpful as I had a rowing shell on the roof of the car. Our trip was delayed by a few hours where it could have been a few days. We were so grateful for the great service !

  Travis and the rest of the staff did a great job getting me in and out. Granted I didn’t need much this time, however this wasn’t my first visit there either. They really try to do the best work possible and explain everything.

  Driving through WV on our way to vacation in SC our brakes suddenly went out. We got a room for the night and started making phone calls at 8 am. Mr Tire got us in for an emergency repair appointment at 9 am. Everything went so smooth, from the first phone call, progress updates, price estimate, repair, to cashing out we could not have asked for better service. They said we just treat people the way we would like to be treated and they lived up to their commitment. $257.67 was a fair price and we appreciate you getting us back on the road and on to our next adventure! Thank you Mr. Tire!
