  Extremely unprofessional business. Communication was poor from the beginning, and I was repeatedly told I would receive callbacks that never happened. Once they had my money, customer service seemed to disappear. It was clear that follow-up, customer satisfaction, and earning repeat business were not priorities. The entire experience left me with serious concerns about the company’s professionalism and business ethics. Reliability and honesty matter, especially when customers are spending significant amounts of money, and this shop failed on both counts. I will never do business with them again and would strongly recommend that others look elsewhere.

  Very good customer service , been there 3 different times to get items and will keep going there . The times they quoted me were exactly right . I feel there work is professionally done

  Great service! Ordered a bed liner for my 2025 Dodge Ram, Leonard's beat everyone's price around and the liner was in within a week. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

  The staff was very knowledgeable and took their time answering questions and giving me advice. Every part that i ordered came in a timely manner and they installed and showed me how to do it myself.
