  A few weeks back now I was in a bad spot where my truck had broken down on the turnpike and I'd blown the cylinder head. I was told by some locals at a gas station in the hills that the best shot at my getting a rental was to backtrack to Beckley. So my friend and I jumped in the truck that was now severely overheated and backtracked 15 or 20 miles to the Harper Rd location of Enterprise Rent A car where I ran into Rodrigue, the Assistant Manager. He was very helpful and very empathetic to our situation since I had to get my friend back to Indiana and I live just north of Cincinnati. He was not sure what car he would have available and we of course were in no place to be picky. It was about 45 minutes to an hour before something freed up for us to take back. But I cannot tell you in words how helpful Rodrigue was. He even waived the non round trip fee! We were overwhelmed, and I have to be honest, I just blew up my dream truck (she's old) so I was a little wound up. But he saved the day and got us into a decently comfy Chevy Malibu. He even reassured me it was okay for my truck to sit in his lot for a week while I found a shop to get the engine in. About two weeks later he and Kayleigh helped me out again! I was back in Beckley to check on my truck as the local shop had been seeming to be having some issues with the new engine (turns out the engine company sent the wrong, earlier version of the same engine and my truck, despite having a new engine wouldn't start) and I needed to extend the rental I'd gotten from Beavercreek, Ohio to drive out there. They once again were extremely helpful and genuinely wanted to let me blow off steam about the situation. Rodrigue greeted me with a warm and toothy smile which was honestly a big relief in that situation and Kayleigh extended my rental. Couldn't ask for better people to deal with when you're up a creek. If you need help and are in a bind these people will help you. Really good folks!
