  Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This location was extremely busy that day and I was very thankful everything worked out for me. I would say get there earlier if you can. And always make a reservation if it’s an option for you. I would for sure come back here if you need a ride. Thanks again!

  Daniel there is always extremely friendly and helpful! The building is always clean and rentals are spotless. I would recommend this specific enterprise over the others.

  I booked my reservation for Saturday morning ,when I arrived they wouldn’t let me take my rental because they failed to tell me through the booking process that I would need to show 2 utilities bills, I had insurance and drivers license with the correct address that wasn’t good enough!,I even had a paid stub from my water bill ! But because they couldn’t see the name of company they said no! I was a hour from my home and they held me up at least hour trying to prove my address!!!! So I was forced to take another route! I went with u-haul got my job done ! Sorry enterprise never again I don’t trust you!

  Nothing but good things to say about the staff at this office! We arrived under negative circumstances, and found no cars available until the next day. Despite my frustration they were consistently patient, understanding, and as helpful as they could be, calling around to see whether they would be retuning on schedule. They gave us the next available vehicle at the booked rate, even though it would have been much more. Great vehicles, great service.
