  Claire Whitt is the best of the Best!! I have rented from this site for many years when I am local, After having a bad experience with another company regarding a one way rental I was afraid to even try it again. Unfortunately, my recent circumstances required the same mode of transport. I called and explained to Claira the urgency and she promised and provided completely reliably. She absolutely has the personal touch, and I encourage her to progress to management as she, it is definitely management material. This location has always been my go to. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.!

  ### Enterprise Rental Experience — Beckley, WV I hit a large black bear on Interstate 77 just outside of Beckley, WV. It was a very traumatic experience, and I want to first say how thankful I am for the quick and helpful response from the West Virginia State Police. My car was towed within approximately 30 minutes of my call to 911, and the gentleman from the towing company was also extremely helpful. Because my car was no longer drivable, I contacted Enterprise to arrange a rental so I could get back to Ohio. After making the reservation, I received a call from Enterprise informing me that the only vehicle they had available was a 12-passenger van, but that they would honor the original rental agreement. The gentleman from the tow company took me to the Enterprise location, where I met a very helpful young lady. Unfortunately, I then learned that Enterprise would not rent the vehicle to me because I did not have a qualifying major credit card physically in my name. I had two debit cards, a credit card in my husband's name, and my own major credit card available on my phone. I was told that the virtual card could not be used. Because I was traveling from out of town and needed to return the vehicle in Cincinnati, Ohio, I was ultimately unable to rent a vehicle from Enterprise in Beckley. I spent more than three hours trying to resolve the situation with Enterprise. I finally called Hertz, and they were able to rent me a vehicle immediately using my debit card. I spent less than 30 minutes at Hertz, and the rental cost was less than half of what Enterprise was going to charge me. I drove a total of 259 miles in the Hertz rental. I am very thankful for the people who were helpful and understanding during an already frightening and stressful day. Unfortunately, my experience with Enterprise added several more hours of frustration when I was simply trying to get home safely. After this experience, I learned a valuable lesson: **I will never try to rent from Enterprise again.** I sincerely hope that no one reading this ever has an accident while traveling, especially when you are far from home. When something like this happens, you need a rental company that makes getting back on the road easier—not one that makes an already difficult situation even more stressful.

  Booked a care days in advance only to get a call saying they had no cars. Strung along all day with "HOPE" someone would return a car. Never got car, no hope, try tommorrow while travel plans and non refundable hotel rooms are lost. Nice people but don't promise what you don't have. Don't string a customer along.

  Wonderful experience in Customer Service at this location. Both the ladies who took care of us were super sweet and helpful in taking care of all our requests. The best part was - after a week since we returned the rental, they called and checked if everything went ok and if there is anything else that could have been done better. That is what I call Above and Beyond when it comes to Customer Service !!,
