  I had a great guy talk to me while I was pulling into wash my car after I paid he said his name was zayne he was very polite and had a a cheerful smile!

  i had an amazing experience at the Car Wash thanks to Dakota From start to finish Dakota was super friendly, professional, and made sure my car looked spotless. The service was quick but thorough, and Dakota went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and helped a lot.

  I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Zayne and McKinley for providing such outstanding customer service! From the moment we pulled up, they noticed that my car had craft paint stuck on it and didn’t hesitate to step in and help. Instead of just sending me through the wash, they took the time to carefully scrape the paint off and make sure my car had the best chance of coming clean. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but their willingness to go the extra mile meant so much and showed how much they genuinely care about their customers. Both Zayne and McKinley were incredibly kind, patient, and professional the entire time. They treated us with respect, had positive attitudes. Even after that, the great experience continued. As we were going through the wash tunnel, Zayne was just as friendly as before. He kept the interaction fun, made us laugh, and made the whole visit feel welcoming instead of just another stop to get the car cleaned. It’s the little things like that that really stand out and make customers want to come back. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and these two are a perfect example of what great employees look like. Their kindness, work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you both for all your help and for making our day a little brighter. I hope you’re recognized for the amazing job you do—I definitely look forward to coming back because of employees like you!

  I hate to give less than 5 stars, but it hasn't been a good experience the last few times. First, aside from the different wash options (several to choose from) there is free cleaning products, glass cleaner, and vacuuming. Cloths are provided, and trash cans are close to all parking. There's also an area to hang plastic floor mats, so they can be hosed off. That's all fantastic! Something that is not: I have had a monthly subscription (around $17) for more than a year. When I first started going there, the car looked amazing. It was clean and shiny; looking as if I'd taken hours to wash and wax by hand. Now, after a wash, it is still dirty. There are spots that I have to wash by hand. It doesn't dry enough either, causing water marks that also have to be buffed out. The front of the car (head lights and bumper) is barely touched, and the tires/wheels are still dirty, too. I haven't changed the type of wash I pay for, so the difference in service isn't due to a downgrade on my part.
