  The guys at NTB are amazing they took care of me and my daughter. We had a nail in our tire and they patched it for us same day with in the hour. I have been coming to this location since 2015 and I have never left upset or angry they always keep it honest and help out when they can. I always recommend them whenever someone needs help.

  I wouldn’t advise anyone to go to NTB. I got 4 new tires Friday, August 21st. I called ahead and booked the apt and was told they could do a full alignment to my car as it already needed aligned and I knew new tires would make it off anymore. I had work so my sweet boyfriend went and took it to get it service. While he did this 3 other people came in to complain about them messing up their cars after getting new tires. Afterwards he came to get me and didn’t even make it to the next exit until a bunch of malfunction codes threw. Today I was able to get in to NTB and get it looked at, and very unhappy to say the least because now I’m an out of money on problems that weren’t ever a problem before. They never mentioned they don’t do ADAS alignments, I have a new technology car that requires an ADAS alignment when the tires get aligned. So thinking back to when the initial person I talked to on the phone told me they could do the whole alignment wasn’t true. Missing half the equipment to align my car. Now I’m being told today I have to go to get an even more expensive alignment done and there’s apparently nothing they can do to help me. So disappointing. Had someone been upfront and told me they don’t perform ADAS alignments I wouldn’t be in this situation.

  We purchased tires several years ago at this NTB and was sold on their unlimited alignment and tire rotation for the life of the tires. First off, on the receipt, mileage in was noted as 45,000 miles when the actual mileage of the car was 126,000 miles. I'm not sure how this was messed up or if it was deliberate. My thoughts on that later. Fast forward a bit to the first time we wanted it aligned. We were told that they weren't able to do the alignment because a part was seized up and would have to be replaced before they could do the alignment. We took the car to a local reputable garage that not only was able to do the alignment with no trouble, but did so for a third of the price we were quoted by NTB to fix the seized part. Then recently, we took the car in for a tire rotation. That's it. We were told the tires weren't worth rotating and we just need new tires. They sold us 45,000 mile tires and they barely have 30,000 miles on them and they are telling my wife the have 1/32 tread on them. That would be near bald and they aren't near bald. I suspect they saw we supposedly got the tires when the car had 45,000 miles (wrong) and thought it would be an easy sale for new tires again for a car we simply haven't driven that much since we purchased the tires from them. The bottom line is NTB can make their service agreement sound great. But when it comes down to using it, its nothing but a masterclass of upcharge 101 for one reason or another and telling you they arent able to do the service you want in the service agreement without you first paying more money for something you dont really need. Skip NTB and go to River Cities Tires in Huntington for honest service at a fair price.
