  I've never had a bad experience with Auto Select. They do what you ask them to do. Their team is knowledgeable and skilled. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Unfortunately my last few experiences here have been really terrible as a customer. My 10+ year old car was experiencing oil leaks, I visited over three times in six months to get this fixed each time paying over a thousand dollars with ZERO indication that this problem was terminal, unsustainable, and rapidly worsening. Now I'm THOUSANDS in debt with an aggressive creditor Auto Select recommended that I had to agree to to pay my bill for an undrivable car and I'm looking at filing for bankruptcy. I waited months to make this review but I just can't shake feeling like I got really taken advantage of for trusting this team. When I finally turned in this ruined car for a newer one my dealership was floored that mechanics let this go on this long.

  When my children were younger, they used to be so embarrassed when I picked them up in the Auto Select minivan that I was able to snag when I arrived early enough and had to leave my car with the shop. But now that my kids are older, at least one of them knows that she should be proud to drive around with that name on any ride. This place feels like an extension of my family. I am out of town right now and wish there was an Auto Select where I am because I need to get my car serviced and it's not like I don't trust anyone else, but I really trust them. Auto Select is accommodating even when they are booked. I can stop by any time and they will check my tires.They are honest, fair, and a good place to get a pre-purchase inspection. From my long-gone Ford Expedition to my much missed VW Passat, to my weathered but venerable GMC Yukon Denali, to the Cadillacs I bought in California...all of my vehicles have been treated like cherished babies at Auto Select. The front men asked me to write a review long ago and I didn't. I now know why. They've just been so good to me recently, that today I felt pulled to write this long overdo review in which I have feabily attempted to express my gratitude. The only downside is that Auto Select doesn't have a class for people to learn on-the-job to be hobbiest mechanics/colossion repairists—or at least, not that I know of.

  Had a vibration in the front left tire. They told me my rims were bent. I bought new rims to have the same issue. They then said it may be an axle but we're not sure and to let it get worse so they could diagnose it better. I went elsewhere and got it fixed. I also had them replace a thermostat to then 2 months later have my water pump piss coolant to take it to another shop for them to tell me it looks like when replacing the thermostat they were really cranking on the water pump as you can see damage near thermostat and water pump where the water pump cracked. I would never go to auto select.
