- CHcraig harris2 days ago1.0Would be zero stars if allowed. I made the mistake of going here. Flat tow install on a bran new Bronco. It worked, maybe, for 1 short trip. Then got pulled over cuz brake lights on bronco weren't working, not being towed just driving the bronco. Took it to dealership. They shared video, and pics from what I fixed, of hot wires falling out of lugs. Lugs not crimped or crimped improperly. Apparently they like to hide this with a ton of electrical tape. Marine connectors not shrunk, after a month, already corrosion starting on unprotected lug connections. Flat tow install 1100$ was refunded by these guys. Ford charged 1300$ just to fix their work. Oddly enough the dealership install cost would of been less than Truck Outfitters. NEVER GO HERE. NOT FOR ANYTHING ELECTRIC. Amazing my bronco didn't start on fire or get rear ended.

You do not need an appointment to speak to someone in our sales department.
How fast can I get the parts I ordered?
If your part is in stock in one of our warehouses, then it typically only takes a business day or two for us to receive it. As soon as parts come in, we call to inform you it is here.
Special order parts or truck cap parts lead times can vary.
Can I drop off my vehicle outside of business hours?
Yes, we have a black key drop box attached to our shop building facing the street. Please fill out the provided envelope in the drop box with your information and put the key inside it. Put the filled-out envelope through the slot in the drop box door.
Can I pick up my vehicle outside of business hours?
We can usually accommodate this request. Please contact us for more information.
Can I wash my truck after I get a truck cap installed?
Due to caps being made to order and having fresh paint, we recommend waiting 90 days before waxing or going through a commercial car wash. *Note that going through a commercial wash is like taking your cap through a hurricane
Do I need an appointment to get service done from your shop?
We do set appointments for our shop. If you have a tight deadline, I recommend reaching out to us to see what our availability is.

No, we do not sell parts for plows or install plows.
