  A big shout of thanks to the staff at Tommy’s Express Car Wash on Washington St. A special word of praise to Brian who went way beyond trying to help this old lady who locked herself out of her car while cleaning the interior! He used his own phone to let me call my daughter, my son, the car dealership, and he even sent a text to my daughter and tried to download the Jeep app to try to open it except I couldn’t remember my password!! He then got permission for me to wait inside their office as it was hot and humid yesterday, Friday. They offered me a chair and some water while I waited for family to arrive! The staff also took time to chat with me when they could! I can’t thank these outstanding individuals enough!!! So next time you need your car washed try Tommy’s where the service is beyond measure ! Again, thanks Brian, Adam, Ellie and Khloi!

  The West Bend Wisconsin facility is number one in Tommy's Company. The staff is amazing! They 're very kind, they're very helpful. I have disabilities and everything that they have done for me has been very helpful. Very Able to deal with my problems and any changes. I need to make to my plan. They were able to help me right away. I've changed license plates. I've changed due dates. I've changed different pay plans, and they've never given me or worry, I think they're amazing people. I use my car for work. I'm a delivery driver and it's very important to me that my car stayed clean inside and out some days are better than others. But I can always count on west bend to help me take care of things even when the roads are nasty in the wintertime. And now that we're dealing with the Canadian fires, we get the shoot and ash , things falling from the sky. It's nice to have it so that you can go through it daily. Just to get what falls out of the sky. I take care of my car because there are days where I can put on 250 miles, because of the jobs that I do, and I keep it clean, so west bend helps me do that.
