  Found a leak in my tire right before July 4th. Called around for some help. Mike's shop wasn't technically open but he was able to fit me in for a new valve stem. Nice waiting area, with phone chargers and refreshments. Made an appointment the following week to have all the sensors replaced, and they were quick; even gave my car a once over since I just got it.

  This place is absolutely amazing. The first place I ever been to that was understanding of my situation and went above and beyond. My vehicle was fixed and no issues after picking it up. This is truly a family oriented mechanic shop. Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10. I drive from Sheboygan to Westbend for any car service they are that amazing.

  Took our vehicle to Gourdie in West Bend for a leaking lower control arm. Got jerked around, and quoted $2300 plus an additional $175 diagnostic. Called Mike’s dealt with Aaron/Mike. Both guys were great to work with. After a little miscommunication on my part we were able to get the work done. Aaron went above and beyond to take care of us as new customers. Staying late to complete our vehicle after receiving bad parts from the factory, as well as doing a full inspection of the vehicle. This is why we enjoy the “mom and pop” style shops. We will be back just because of Aaron being a respectable human being! Also check out their deals/promotions on their website! We got $100 off our work.

  We called Mike's for an appointment to get our tires replaced and they got us in the very next business day with great service! I was super impressed by the waiting area, it was air conditioned with fresh coffee and cookies as well as a phone charging station and free wifi. It's the little things!! 😊

  I had an excellent experience at Mike’s Auto! Aaron was a fantastic service writer—friendly, knowledgeable, and got us in quick. The whole team went above and beyond, taking care of our tires and performing a thorough full vehicle inspection. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out. It’s great to find a shop that truly cares about its customers and the quality of their work. I highly recommend Mike’s Auto and will definitely be coming back for future service!
