I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Mavis Tire & Brakes in West Bend. Austen, the manager, went completely above and beyond for me. I came in needing help with my tire, and he took care of the situation and had it fixed for me at no charge.
Chris was the technician who handled the tire itself, and he made the whole thing look effortless. He was quick, confident, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. There was no stress, no runaround — he just got right to work and handled it with ease.
What impressed me most was the customer service from the entire team. Austen was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me, while Chris delivered the kind of skilled, efficient service that gives you confidence in where you’re bringing your vehicle.

Messed up my car now I can’t drive it above 30 mph with out the death wobble. Made an appointment and got told we are to busy right now we can’t fix it when I went for my second appointment, so what’s the point of the appointment if I get told come back later and then maybe it will be done.

Stellar service. Originally went to GoodYear for a flat repair and was turned away due to scheduling. The Service Manager at Mavis was able to fit me into their already packed schedule and get my repair done before I leave on my road trip. The manager was friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable, and the technicians completed my repair in minutes instead of the standard 30 minutes it takes elsewhere.
