I purchased a set of four tires last spring. At the West Bend Wisconsin Mavis store. The tires came in $300.00 cheaper than a local competitor. I was told at that time if I ever had any trouble with them. I could pull into any Mavis and they would take care of me. Well I developed an extremely slow leak. Made an appointment. I went in this morning and in less than a half an hour my tire was repaired ( I pick up a nail ) normally would have cost $34.95 for the repair and balance. They waved the charge because I bought them from Mavis! Bravo Mavis! Excellent customer service!

Customer service was outstanding. I brought in a tire to see if it can be repaired. Unfortunately where the hole was it could not. The employee there asked if I have a warranty on the tire. I said im not sure. He asked where I got it. I said costco. He said it is covered and if I go there for the tire it will be much cheaper under warranty. I saved over 100 dollars because of his advice. Thank you sir. With honesty like that I will recommend this business to everyone I know. This is how you get lot of customers for a business.
