  Paul the branch manager at West Bend was super as was Gabi who followed up while we were on our trip, the young lady who gave us the car and the gentleman who received the car after our trip! During our trip we inquired about extending the rental a day and received a prompt answer and they reserved the vehicle just in case we needed it. After putting 2000 miles on the vehicle in temps up to 104 degrees we were able to actually return it a little early. They are very flexible and I would highly recommend this branch of Enterprise rentals. FYI I booked our car as a Costco member and received added benefits and a good rate. I'll be back. The rental offered unlimited miles and the 2000 mile trip worked out to only 25 cents a mile. Considering the IRS reimbursement rate is 72 cents a mile which is supposed to cover the real cost per mile for ownership and maintenance it made sense for use to rent rather than drive our own car for this trip considering our car has 140,000 miles on it.   I had some issues with the glendale location having provided an unacceptable car that wasnt clean and smelt like drugs. I use my vehicle for work so I was 1 million percent stressed and overwhelmed from this not including the issues I was having with the dealership and insurance. This West Bend location went above and beyond to fix the other locations mistake and negligence while making me feel so much better about their end of it. I believe Paul was the gentleman that helped me and he was WONDERFUL and understanding. Which in stressful situations can eliviate alot of unneeded problems or confronation. Hats off to you guys! 100% would use this loaction again and recommend them to anyone going through a stressful car repair or needing a good experience with real people. Oh, the car they provided was very clean and taken care of!
