  Charged me $500 and wasted hours of my time for work they didn’t do, another mechanic confirmed this. AVOID HERE AT ALL COSTS

  Very disappointing experience from the very beginning. When I called, I specifically asked Michelle, “Does the tire price include installation?” I was told yes. But when it was time to pay, the total was about $200 more than Costco. Then I was told, “I thought I told you that was just the tire price.” That felt very misleading. If I’m bringing my car to you for tires, obviously I’m expecting them to be installed—not taking the tires home to install myself. Even worse, when I picked up my car, I found a large gouge and other damage on the rim. I brought it to the owner, Jeff, but he denied responsibility. My advice: take clear before-and-after photos of your wheels and vehicle before leaving your car here. I’m extremely disappointed with both the communication and how the damage was handled.

  I've been using for a few years now. They're quick, reasonably priced and convenient to my home. I looked online for prices from Tire Rack, and after installation the price difference was too small to make a difference to me, so I had them do everything. I'm satisfied. They also did a quick turnaround for me last year when a destroyed two tires in an unfortunate incident. It happened on a weekend, and they had me on the road on Monday.
