The website said I should expect it to take 45 minutes. When I arrived, the person at the front desk said it would take an hour. It took more than an hour and a half, and they only fixed one chip. They said the other chip had already been repaired once. I told them that wasn’t true — you can feel that the chip has not been filled when you touch it, plus I bought the car new and have owned it since and this is my first experience at a SafeLite — but they refused to fix it anyway.
