Unfortunately while on the freeway, a stone chipped my windshield. I called my insurance company to let them know and they gave me a couple places to take my vehicle too. Safelite was one of them. Professional and very informative. Took about 20-25 minutes from start to finish. You can hardly see where the stone hit. Great repair! Very happy with their service and at no cost to me.

Had a chip/starburst fill and the cracks were filled in nicely. Ended up with a small chip defect still after the repair and went into another repair center to have it refilled with additional epoxy and it was dealt with quickly! They definitely stand behind their work! If you’re repair isn’t fixed appropriately go back to the shop, they’re awesome, but all the automated call center is going to do is tell you that you can have your windshield replaced minus your $ initial repair. Wish the call center did a better job of hearing concerns

I had to have both my front windshield and my side front passenger window replaced do to someone breaking into my car. Safelite came to my house within 2 days, fixed both windows in the amount of time they said they would and recalibrated my windshield. I didn't have to take it into the dealership at all. My Satalight works, I didn't have to reset that up either. I highly recommend Safelite.

I would like to commend Rob and his team for their exceptional service. Although I considered performing the windshield seal repair on my older vehicle personally, the efficiency, expertise, and competitive pricing offered by Safelite clearly made professional intervention the superior choice. Thank you!

If I could, I would give zero stars. I go in there for a little pebble chip in my windshield, they break it and want me to pay for it. They say it is around $1100 for new windshield. I call Integrity auto glass in new Berlin and they replaced my windshield the next day or $425 plus tax. Safelite scheduled me an appointment over a week later. When my car was finally done no one even told me about it. I had to go to the front lady to ask for an update on my car and she says, “it’s done but no one told me”. So I was just sitting there in the waiting room when my car was already finished. If I had to have asked her who knows how long I would have been there. What they told me would be a 30 minute repair took me an hour and 10 minutes, and they didn’t even do the job that they were supposed to do.
