I have been taking my car here for repairs for many years, and Ben has always provided excellent service. He is honest, trustworthy, and never tries to take advantage of his customers. I truly appreciate his professionalism and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable auto repair service.

I'M PRETTY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PLACE, I WAS TOLD A PRICE FOR A PART AND TO DO WORK WAS MY UNDERSTANDING. A PART THAT DOESN'T EVEN TAKE 15 TO 20 MINUTES TO PUT ON... THE JOB GETS DONE I COME TO PICK UP MY CAR AND THE GUY IS TELLING ME I OWE FOR PUTTING THE PART ON WHEN MY UNDERSTANDING WAS THAT THIS IS WHAT I'M PAYING FOR THE WHOLE JOB, SO I PAID BASICALLY. FOR THE PART THAT DIDN'T EVEN COST THAT MUCH AND I'M THINKING I'M PAYING FOR THE WHOLE JOB WITH THE PART TURNS OUT I OWE EDITIONAL MONEY FOR LABOR THAT DIDN'T MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME. I WAS OVERPRICED OVER CHARGED, AND I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR SOME YEARS. I SAID A FEW TIMES THAT HIS PRICES WERE TOO HIGH, BUT I STILL PAID, BUT THAT'S WHEN I HAD AN UNDERSTANDING OF PAYING, HE NEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING. ABOUT PAYING FOR LABOR HE GAVE ME A PRICE. AND I'M KNOWING THAT THE PART DOESN'T EVEN COST THAT MUCH. YOU DON'T HAVE TO GET AN EXPENSIVE ONE. SO HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO COMPENSATE ME AT ALL. CAR STILL RUNNING THE SAME WAY. IT WAS NOTHING CHANGED. I'M NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS GUY AGAIN. EVER WAY TOO OVERPRICED CHARGE TOO MUCH. IT JUST BE BETTER TO GO TO SOMEONE ELSE THAT'S MY OPINION NOW I'M A GOOD PERSON. I'M NOT PERFECT, BUT I MOST DEFINITELY WOULDN'T SCREW ANYONE OVER NOW I'M TAKING MY BUSINESS TO A SHOP THAT RESPECTS THEIR CUSTOMERS AND SHOWS THEM LOVE , ESPECIALLY IF YOU'VE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS THIS IS MOST DEFINITELY BAD BUSINESS TO ME.SO I WILL NEVER COME BACK OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS GUY. AND I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO EVEN WRITE A REVIEW ON HIM BUT I FEEL LIKE I WAS JUST PLAYED FLAT OUT........

Frequently Asked Questions About Expert Car Care LLC
How often should I change my oil?
Most vehicles need an oil change every 3,000 to 5,000 miles, though newer models may go up to 7,500 miles or more. Your owner's manual provides the manufacturer's recommended interval, but driving conditions also matter. If you frequently make short trips, drive in stop-and-go traffic, or operate in extreme temperatures, you'll want to change your oil more often. Our technicians at Expert Car Care LLC can assess your specific vehicle and driving habits to recommend the right schedule for you.
Why is my check engine light on?
Your check engine light can illuminate for numerous reasons, ranging from a loose gas cap to more serious engine or emissions issues. Modern vehicles have sensors that monitor various systems, and when something falls outside normal parameters, the light turns on. Common causes include faulty oxygen sensors, catalytic converter problems, mass airflow sensor issues, or spark plug concerns. Rather than guessing, it's best to have our team run a diagnostic scan to read the trouble codes and pinpoint the exact problem so we can fix it properly.
How often should I replace my brakes?
Brake pads typically last 25,000 to 70,000 miles, depending on your driving style, vehicle type, and brake pad material. If you drive in heavy traffic, travel hilly terrain, or brake aggressively, your pads will wear faster. Warning signs include squealing or grinding noises, a soft brake pedal, or longer stopping distances. We recommend having your brakes inspected at least once a year or whenever you notice any changes in braking performance. Our mechanics will measure your pad thickness and check your rotors to let you know when replacement is necessary.
How often should I rotate my tires?
Tire rotation should happen every 5,000 to 7,500 miles for most vehicles. This practice helps ensure even tread wear across all 4 tires, which extends their lifespan and maintains better handling and safety. Front tires often wear differently than rear tires due to steering and weight distribution. Many drivers find it convenient to rotate their tires with every other oil change. Check your vehicle's owner's manual for the manufacturer's specific recommendation, and our team can set up a rotation schedule that works for your driving patterns.
