  Rented a car from this location recently and the experience was genuinely amazing! They keep you informed, answer every question straight, and make the whole process easy. Cayden is the big reason I’m writing this review. He went out of his way to make sure everything went smooth for me and it did not go unnoticed. If you rent here, you’re in good hands!

  I recently used Enterprise for a car rental from this Wauwatosa location to Waukegan IL location. My afternoon was going well until I dropped off my car at the Waukegan IL location. I was told that the vehicle I was in had scratches that were not documented from my pick up. I told the gentleman at the Waukegan location that I did note this at the previous location. He of course reported this and I knew that I did not cause damage to this vehicle. The next day I was able to get in contact with David the manager at the Wauwatosa location. He reviewed everything including pictures and handle the situation. I honestly appreciate that he took time to listen to the customer and acknowledge there was a mistake that happen. David is amazing and has good managerial skills. I also would like to shout out Bella whom just started. Keep up the good work and continue to grow. This Wauwatosa location is great! After speaking with David if need a car rental again I would go through Enterprise. Thank you for changing my perspective and taking the time to listen.

  Rented on a Sunday, was kinda busy but I was helped in a timely fashion. Staff were fast and efficient, except sent me home in a car with an expired plate! I was able to exchange it the next day, no issue. Was upgraded to an SUV for free. Returned 2 weeks later and all was well. Glad they're open weekends so I don't have to drive all the way to the airport!

  Everyone here was super friendly, especially Keegan! He was able to help us extend our rental a few days, clearly explained all fees and charges, walked me through the vehicle and answered all questions! Will definitely continue to rent from this location as long as Keegan’s here!
