  Cost $140 for an oil change and they couldn't even remember to put all my valve stem caps back on.

  Great service. Didn’t feel like I was being pressured to do anything extra. He showed me what I could do and what the cost was, but didn’t feel like I had to do it right then.

  I stopped here on a road trip for an oil change. The guys were friendly and I didn’t have to wait too long, but it turned out they put the wrong size gasket on my oil plug, causing oil to leak everywhere. I ruined my friend’s driveway as well as my own garage floor. Giving 3 stars instead of 1 because when I called they were super prompt on resolving. They sent a tech out that night to look at it, but because my car was too low to the ground, I had to bring it to the nearest Valvoline in Hudson. I had to take off work to do this, and waited in line for over an hour. Way too overpriced for how much effort *I* had to put in to get an oil change. I’m appreciative of how responsive they were, but I won’t be back. Luckily my car did not suffer any damage due to this mistake but it could’ve been way worse.
