  When I picked up the car in WI I didn't review the interior with the agent. The agent there was very good at her job and she is not the complaint. After driving down the road I realized the windows were very dirty and had smear marks all over. Also, the car smelled like cigarettes. I have rented cars before that were obviously deodorized and made it tolerable. In this case, I could tell it had been deodorized, but not recently. I barely got down the road before I needed to open the windows to get fresh air. I did that often, to be able to tolerate the weird odor. Also, the interior surfaces were not clean, showing "gunk" in various places. I ended up buying a pack of disinfecting wipes and Windex and cleaned the interior surfaces and front windows on my own at a rest stop. When I returned the car at the airport, the agent there apologized and offered a small credit of a few hours' time off the invoice, which I thought was very kind of her and the right thing to do. I was satisfied that they easily made a concession. I did not "complain" but only shared my experience with her, but she gave me a substantial discount with apologies. I do use Enterprise often, and this was my first negative experience, but they did attempt to make it right.

  Wausau enterprise was great. Staff was friendly and flexible with scheduling, car was nice.

  The staff and the vehicles were amazing! This review is about a week late but Issac was a huge help and his positive attitude made the entire experience phenomenal!
