  Rust policy. Bring shiny new cars in excellent condition! This place has vibes: pay us lots of money to do very little. Please, only bring extremely clean cars to our car wash so that we don't actually have to do our job very well. Based on all the reviews - if your car is actually dirty... it might not get clean. If it's already clean - it'll definitely be cleaner. 🫠 I do not like drive-thru automatic car washes because I have an older Jeep Wrangler that is always dirty. Not a single one I've ever tried has ever got my vehicle even remotely clean because of all of the nooks and crannies and odd shapes on Jeeps especially if they're modified. It definitely does have rust that it didn't have prior to living in Michigan and Wisconsin 2 years ago. My vehicle takes 40 minutes in a manual wash bay with the nozzle a quarter inch from the surface to get it clean. I needed a quick oil change before my discount tire appointment and getting on the road for Memorial Day so I thought it would be a nice trade-off for the cost of convenience to also get the bugs and mud off before I hit the road and get it dirty again anyway. I felt a little insulted, kind of like they had an attitude, like I don't take care of my car and intended on damaging their equipment. (But I treat my Jeep like a Jeep, I use it like a Jeep and it's dirty, wet and looks like crap most of the time.) I just didn't need to hear it from the judgy people at Car Buffs.

  I have been coming here for years. And it has been getting worse and worse. Every time I come, I'm not going to pay this much for a 1/2. Done job, putting it nicely.

  I took my Mustang into CarBuff’s yesterday for an interior detail. Now I remind you when I purchased the car three months ago it had a musty smell from being previously stored. Well when I picked it up, the car looked amazing, inside and out. No more smell just a beautiful looking GT500. Great service, great atmosphere!

  Awesome car wash and inside cleaning is like a free bonus when you get your oil changed. Very clean, friendly staff.

  I drive miles out of my way for Carbuffs services.....they close whenever and are unreliable, don't waste your time for this business
