They checked every aspect of my car, wipers, cabin filter, engine filter, fluid levels, reset my oil gage (which was never done in the past). They were clear in their communication and recommendations and they sent me a valuable discount coupon. I was never unhappy with my oil changes, but the shift to providing a high level of service is a game changer.

Cody even said multiple times prior that it would be fixed with their service and I would be the first one all year. Others on the team assured as well. It did not and I still was charged over $200 for a service that did not resolve the issue and that my vehicle did not need.

I would never go back to this place again. They messed up something related to the hybrid battery or the electricals while working underneath my prius 2012. Highly not recommended.
