Amazing service. Got my car in and out in no time. Communication was on point and they were very thorough with everything they did.

Got an oil change with Tuffy, and all seemed to be fine until my next oil change with a different provider, where they discovered my oil pan had been cracked and attempted to be patched with silicone during the previous oil change. I was not informed of the damage caused by Tuffy until the next person had pointed it out. My oil pan is cracked and leaking oil, and now I have to replace my oil pan!

Took care of tire sensor light promptly ( same day) with no appointment. Nice. Still Puzzled though why this is second one on car to go bad.
