  The work done is good and their staff is friendly enough. However they did not start working on my car till 2 hours after my appointment time. I did not receive any text updates except when they said they were done and had to check several times with the receptionist for updates. When I made the appointment and checked in I confirmed that the appointment would be about 3 hours. I waited over 5 and a half hours for my car. Why have an appointment times available if they are not going to start working on the car till 2 hours later.

  Paid for the premium service to include the new windshield, wipers, and RainX. New windshield installed, no RainX, and the driver’s blade broken when installed. Unaware of the blade issue until driving in a rainstorm taking our sone to college, out of state. This was a dropopff and pick up at the shop in Waukesha, WI after hours. Discovered the blade issue driving in Maryland. Premium service not provided, customer not happy. Fortunately the wiper didn’t depart the car or they would be replacing their windshield.

  Safelite replaced the back glass on the liftgate of my Chrysler Pacifica. The liftgate no longer works correctly. The van believes that the liftgate is always open, causing the interior lights to be lit and draining the battery overnight. Technician did not clean the glass fragments from the interior.

  Stephen was phenomenal with out windshield repair! He was there and gone in no time, leavi g behind zero mess or indication he was even there EXCEPT the beautiful new windshield!!!! I wish more companies valued customer service the way your company does! 10/10

  This would be my third time having glass replacement at this location, and it’s been about 4-5 years since I’ve been here and this location has down severely downhill since my previous visits. The clean up was basically nonexistent, I understand my truck isn’t the cleanest vehicles out there, but my bed was covered in glass, it looks like they basically just pushed the broken rear glass out into the bed and just left it and slapped the new glass on and called it a day. The waiting room has a mini fridge that’s empty, the coffee machine was basically out of coffee, and the bathroom sink sprays you with water. So I left with an absolute disaster of a clean up job, and soaked in water. The manager must either walk around blindfolded or doesn’t care about anything at all. This is all semi recent as my previous experiences have been great, the first window I had replaced there was almost 0 glass to clean up afterwards, everything was clean and the lobby functioned as a lobby, bathroom sink didn’t spray you. So I’m really not sure what sank this place. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION OR BUSINESS.
