  The most frustrating company to work with. We could only schedule online. Scheduled a 4 PM appointment for rear window replacement. We were called just before our appointment and told they needed three hours for a rear window so they canceled the appointment! We were told this is a known issue with their online scheduling. They rescheduled the appointment for six days later. We dropped the car off the night before and instead of taking three hours or less, they didn’t finish the car unt3 hours after the expected time. We called several times and no one could give us any information about the progress. The representatives kept calling the service department to get an update but no one answered the calls. You can’t talk to a manager or service technician. Horrible customer service but the workmanship is fine. I would never recommend this company.

  The replacement of my windshield itself went ok and it was good to be rid of the crack. However, my truck immediately had a front camera issue and my pre-collision was disabled with an error. When walking back into the shop, I was told I needed to schedule a warranty appointment for another time so I did. I arrived on time and spent an hour with noting happening to my truck which was visible to me in the waiting room. I won’t ever return. Go to your OEM dealer instead of Safelite, you’ll be much better off!

  I used the online setup for a mobile repair and can say. I am very happy with the process and my technician, Colby. Every thing was professionally handled all the way through the whole process. I suggest you sign up for the alert text, I was informed on the process, arrival time, step by step. A Lifetime warranty and even the payment process was easy and hassle-free. Really glad I chose to go with safelight.

  Worst experience ever! Tech comes to my home, drops glass between panels and doesn't try to fix problem. My rear door wouldn't close and was told to take car to dealership. Thought tech paid my bill on site- got a collections notice in the mail. Called to complain, was told three separate times a manager would be calling. Still have never got a call back. Taking my business to mander from now on. Would never recommend.
