  I was very, very impressed with the technician ! His name was Kori and he had researched my account enough to know that I had put multiple windshields in my vehicle ! His work was very, very good and very, very speedy, But I could tell he didn’t cut any corners on quality ! I hope I never have to put another windshield in this vehicle but if I do, I absolutely will use Safelite again !!

  Unfortunately Safelite was my only option when filing an insurance claim. Attempt one, the tech brought the wrong windshield. Was very polite and apologetic about it. Said someone would be in contact with me to reschedule that day. No one called. Two days later I called and left a message. The next day my claim was closed and I was refunded my deductible. Attempt two, I filed another claim with my insurance and established another date/time for the replacement. This time the tech brought the right windshield, but with a chip already in it. Luckily he caught it before instal. Again, the tech was very nice and apologetic (especially after learning it was round 2). He offered to come back 3 days later and to do the replacement. I asked that someone call me as I didn’t have my calendar at that time and couldn’t commit to that. He assured me someone would call to schedule by the end of the day(just like last time). He even assured me he would “make sure they called”. No one ever did. I called the next day and got someone on the phone. They were confused as to why I was calling because I already had an appointment scheduled (for the day the last tech offered and I said I couldn’t commit to). Attempt three, at this point, I am getting desperate to get my windshield replaced so I moved things around on my calendar to keep the appointment the last tech scheduled on my behalf after I asked him not to. Tech showed up with the correct windshield and did a great job with the install. Shoutout to the tech Royal for doing great work finally. It took three different attempts, with three different techs, and three different times/days I had to adjust my schedule to make myself available. In the end, Royal did great work, but the corporate team whomever loads the vehicles are plainly awful. I’d look elsewhere if you can. I’m afraid with insurance claims, they may know you don’t have another option and they just don’t care enough to try hard. Truly a disappointment.

  Had a small rock chip in my windshield that was stable for several days. Video states that a small blemish in the windshield may remain after repair. After technician did repair, the chip looked the same or maybe slightly brighter. The next morning a good size crack started from chip. Safelite would not even talk about the repair may not of been done correctly. They just told me that it happens and now you have to pay $1300 for a replacement windshield. The technician stated that he had two previous failed repairs the previous week. Sounds like to me, a way to generate extra $$. I would not recommend Safelite.

  Very poor service, arrived late which is hard to do when they give you a 5 hour window. (Even called me to say he would arrive at 4pm but arrived at 5:30pm Took over 3 hours to replace the glass on our truck and had to call for extra help. And when the service was completed there was glass left in the vehicle all over the seats, door handles, in the door cubby’s/cupholders, floor, in the engine bay. And pieces of glass over 1 inch in size left all around the vehicle, as well as small pieces all over the driveway. Very dissatisfied with the quality of service. If I could add photos I would.
