  When the tech couldn't make it to my at-home appointment, they were able to get me in last minute at the end of the day on a Saturday to get my windshield replacement completed last-minute. Friendly service.

  Cameron was very professional, on time and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Safelite to anyone! They came to my house so I was able to continue working while the windshield was installed and calibrated!

  Damaged the interior fabric, told me they will order a part and call me the next day. No one called and I’ve called several times and I wait on hold and the call will just drop and hang up or I get a message they are closed and it during business hours. Stay away from this place, honestly.

  Worst service i have ever had to deal with. After my windshield was replaced, my truck would not start and the wires going to my rearview were all skewed. When I called for answers I got handed off from person to person with the final one telling me that the service manager Shawn from Waukesha shop would return my phone call. I am still waiting on that call and had to have a mechanic come to my home to " chase spark" to figure out what was drawing on my battery and found an issue in the wires going to rearview. Safelite stance was "we dont do anything with wires", but my pictures will show that's completely incorrect. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

  Scheduling was easy and I was thrilled they were coming to my house so as not to interrupt my workday. When the tech arrived, he told me he wouldn’t be able to fix the chip in my windshield without doing more damage. When I asked what then and would I still need to pay for the service he said yes. He then clarified he could only stop it from getting worse. I was supposed to have new wipers installed and a rain treatment applied as part of the package I paid for. The tech was barely here 10 minutes and gone before I went back in the house. I did not see him complete the additional services nor did he walk me through the work he did. In using my wipers this past week, it does not feel like there is any rain repellant and the wipers are not performing as new. I was very much looking forward to the convenient service at my house, but am highly dissatisfied with what I got for the amount I paid … out of pocket. I spoke to a very kind customer service rep right after the service (same day) to share my frustration and to ask if the additional services were maybe forgotten. She reached out to the shop on my behalf with no response. Since it was a Friday, I was told I’d likely hear back by Monday. Nothing. I followed up twice. Finally spoke to someone else who got a hold of the shop and they said the work was completed. Period. So that’s it. I paid a lot of money for the chip in my windshield not to be fixed, for wipers I never got installed and rain repellent never applied.
