Thank you so much to everyone at Jerry’s! My old/high-mileage car needed a lot of work. They were very kind and understanding throughout the process. Everything was fixed quickly and they gave me a loaner car so I didn’t have to worry about transportation to and from work. Prices were more than reasonable. This is one of the few car shops I’ve been to as a woman where I was treated respectfully. Bonus points for having a cute shop dog!

Frequently Asked Questions About Jerry's Automotive Service LLC
When should I change my oil?
Recommended oil change intervals can vary depending on your car's make, model, and driving habits. However, a typical range is between 3,000 and 15,000 miles. Always consult your car's owner's manual for the most specific recommendations.
What fluids should I check regularly?
Several fluids are crucial for your car's performance, and checking them regularly helps prevent breakdowns. The most important ones include engine oil, transmission fluid, coolant, and brake fluid.
What does the check engine light mean?
The check engine light is a generic warning that something is wrong with your car's emissions system. It doesn't necessarily mean a major issue, but it shouldn't be ignored. It's best to have a mechanic diagnose the problem to avoid potential future problems.
What is the correct tire pressure for my car, and how often should I check it?
Proper tire pressure is essential for safety, fuel efficiency, and tire wear. The recommended tire pressure for your specific car can be found on a sticker located on the driver's door jamb. It's recommended to check your tire pressure at least once a month and before long trips.
How often should I get my car serviced?
Regular maintenance is key to keeping your car running smoothly and safely. Consult your owner's manual for the manufacturer's recommended service schedule. This typically includes routine oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections of various systems at specific mileage intervals.
