Ethan and Matt were the nicest and most helpful young men, they work with you, offer any help you need, even offered me a ride back to my home. Enterprise is lucky to have the team they do at this location. I feel like a location of the year award is needed!!

- TSThad SAug 18, 20264.0My family rented a mini van from them for a 3 day road trip. The exterior of the mini van was in very rough shape. I ask for different mini van with no damage. Being that it was Friday afternoon no replacement was available. The representative took detailed pictures of the exterior damages. I also made a detailed video walk through with the representative to point out the damages. When returning the van a different representative checked in the vehicle. He pointed out all the damages on the exterior. Luckily I had proof of the damages happened prior. Or else I would’ve been responsible for the damages. He mentioned that they normally don’t have vehicles with that much exterior damage. Thank you, to the representative that helped me when I checked out the vehicle. He made sure that he took photos and documented of all the exterior damages. It goes to show that always make video walk through inspection of your rental! Document all the damages point out all the damages before signing the rental agreement. Other than that the vehicle performed as intended during my trip. Over all I am satisfied with this location. Would rent from them again.

The complimentary shuttle was very convenient to and from Enterprise. My rental car was cleaned and was ready to rock and roll when I arrved. I plan to use them again in the future.
