  Talk to Dan. That was the most polite interaction I’ve ever had with a human in all of my renting vehicles. I’m flying into the local airport Stein Aviation and arranged for it to be there and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation. Incredibly professional and polite. I’m sure the car will be a reflection of the customer service I just received

  When I turned my vehicle in after 8 days, I shared some concerns I had with the vehicle regarding maintenance. Jeb was willing to note the concerns and said they would send the van for service right away. They also wanted me to be completely satisfied, so I was given a discount to compensate for the condition of the vehicle.
