- JMJean McShaneMay 5, 20265.0I had a good experience buying a car from Enterprise. The no haggle pricing is great, and it turns out, their no haggle return policy is for real, too. I had a problem with the power steering on the hour long freeway drive home. I called Enterprise the next day and drove it back. I elected to exchange it for another Civic, although I was offered a total refund. It’s always nice to report a totally wonderful experience buying a used car. But it is even more important to report a sales experience where the car salesman has your back.
