  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Cameron I didn’t get a chance to write this review or speak with the sales manager as I had originally intended, but I still wanted to take the time to acknowledge Cameron, who assisted me with purchasing my new vehicle. At the time, I was in the process of recovering from a terrible vehicle accident, healing and busy with various medical appointments. Cameron was incredibly patient, attentive, and understanding throughout the entire experience. He was an effective listener and extremely knowledgeable, not only about his role and responsibilities as a Sales Consultant, but also about the vehicles I was considering and able to test-drive. I truly appreciated the time, patience, and genuine care he showed me throughout the process. Cameron is exceptional and clearly passionate about what he does. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and comfortable. I also want to acknowledge and appreciate the assistance he received from his colleagues, who helped ensure that I was able to complete the entire purchasing process successfully. I sincerely hope this review reaches Cameron and the management team at the Enterprise location in Waukesha, because he deserves to be recognized for the outstanding customer service he provided. Cameron, thank you so much for everything you did to assist me with purchasing my vehicle. Your professionalism, patience, knowledge, and kindness truly made a difference, and I am very grateful for your help!

  I am very happy with the service I received when buying my car; everything was quick and easy. I was pleasantly surprised, as I had already visited three other places to buy a car but, for some reason, hadn't been able to complete the purchase. Everything was different with Enterprise, right from the moment when one of theirs sales person reached out to offer me help with the buying process. I definitely recommend them and would buy from Enterprise Car Sales again. Thank you—excellent work.

  I bought a car from y'all and been having problems since bought check engine lights transmission sensor and more I am not satisfied with My purchase and I'm still having problems right now and only had going on two years if that just sad and My warranty is out

  My recent car purchase experience below. I was initially told that a loan company was willing to work with me for $0 down and a car note between $500 and $600 with a interest of 17.6% (I know this is a lot, my plan is to refinance after 6 months). Furthermore I was told once I had my Creditors meeting for my bankruptcy I'd be able to complete my purchase. I trusted what was told to me and surrendered my previous vehicle in my current bankruptcy. I gave all the information requested from me then the night before I am set to pick up my car Jalen my sales rep calls me to let me know that the bank is "tripping" now and are saying they want your bankruptcy to be discharged. I learn this after I've already surrendered my previous vehicle car. Jalen then tells me he can still help me out but I'll need $2000 down now and the interest is 24.99% with a car note of $720! I feel like I was tricked into this car purchase. I love my car and I got the car I picked out, but I was literally backed into a corner as far as the loan goes. The representatives I spoke with at Enterprise didn't seem interested in helping me with this situation at all, just do you have the $2000 or not. If not I'd just have to wait until after my bankruptcy discharged. Which was unhelpful because I can't afford to be without a car for 2 to 3 months. Also my loan payment could have been a little cheaper but according to Enterprise the loan company I ended up having to go with was requesting that get additional coverage on the car. So I went into debt for this car purchase which I wouldn't have done if I'd known what I know now. This is my third vehicle purchase with Enterprise, and before this experience I would have recommended Enterprise Car Sales to everyone. Now I have a buyers beware cautionary tail to tell anyone about Enterprise Car Sales.
