  I went in knowing a needed a new wiper and that’s all. They kindly helped me find the right one and even put it on all in 10 minutes!! It was the best experience I could have asked for!

  Excellent service and outstanding assistance from Rami. He went above and beyond to help replace the headlights on our car during our delivery route. Not only did he do a great job, and resolved it in a fraction of the time it would have taken me, he also did it with a smile and great attitude. Highly recommend Rami & this location of autozone

  Unfortunately I had a lot of trouble returning a brake caliper at this store. The gentleman who originally processed the return for the unused part failed to refund me the core charge as well. Something I didn't notice until the I recieved the money back a couple of days later. Not a big deal as he seemed newer, so I went back with both reciepts to explain what happened. I got the same person who made the mistake originally, and at first he didn't really listen to what I was saying and thought the problem was that the refund never processed. But then when he understood that I was missing the core charge, he asked for the old part off my car in order to refund it, despite the fact that I had returned the part I had bought from them. I could not convince this person that they are not entilted to the new unused part, AND the part off my car, in order to get the full refund for a part, again, I did not use. He seemed to think that the core charge is inseperable from the old part, and I could not explain to him that it's a refundable deposit paid upfront, and returned when either A: I use the new part and return the old part. or B: Return the part purchased from them originally. Thankfully the other cashier that overheard this conversation came over and refunded the charge within seconds, although the original cashier was still concerned that I wasn't giving them a part off my car for free. I also work in customer service and "put on" my customer service persona this entire interaction. I know what they go through and will never make an interaction unpleasant, even if the situation is frustrating. Unfrotunately, the employee was unwilling to actually listen to what I was saying, and rolled his eyes at me at one point. I'm not sure how this employee normally acts but in customer service, for better or worse, you have to engage with people, and listen to what they're telling you. Just because a customer had a disagreement or concern does not mean they should be treated like they are trying to scam you. Nor does it mean that they are ignorant of how things are supposed to work. And they shouldn't be treated like a nuiscance, this gentleman seriously needs customer service training, and to be explained how core charges work.
