- TLT Lucey3 days ago5.0Name has changed but same great service! I have been getting my vehicles serviced here for almost twenty years, mostly older cars with high miles. They provide online inspection reports so I can be informed before discussing with them. They communicate well and are helpful in deciding what should be fixed vs what can be deferred, given my usage of the vehicles. Helped me junk a rusty truck that wasn’t worth repairing the transmission on. I have a classic car that had been stored for 25 years that they got running again. Allen Auto maintains a service history for all vehicles which has saved me money when they have to replace parts still under warranty. Good group of experienced mechanics that provide helpful service at a fair price.

Detailed list and pictures to show they give u a breakdown and explain. When I got my list I asked the most important things needed to be fixed now and what can wait. I even gave them my budget so they could target the most important things that needed repair. Great place 10/10

Easy and convenient scheduling, short wait time in a welcoming waiting room, I was able to work remote right there in the waiting room without connection issues, service report was thorough, the link has everything on it, more than I expected. Technician was professional and the counter guys were respectful to me and other customers coming in and out as well as on the phone! Truly a great team here! I will be back for all of my service and repair needs. I highly recommend!
