  I had a fantastic experience here! Justin and Dave were so courteous over the phone and in person. I knew what issues my car had and all of them were taken seriously. As a woman, that means the world when it comes to my vehicle. Their inspection summary was the most detailed I’ve ever seen - photos and easy-to-understand explanations. Oil changes are much cheaper than those quickie places. Knowing their work is under warranty gives me peace of mind. Everything about the shop both in the garages and customer areas is kept impeccably clean. These are true professionals and they’ve earned my loyalty!

  Drove around town looking to get an emissions test. Getting an emissions test is usually one of those errands you just want to get over with, but this shop made the experience surprisingly pleasant. Dave welcomed me in right away, explained everything clearly, and had excellent customer service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s refreshing to find a shop that treats customers so well, even for something as routine as an emissions test. I’ll definitely be back for future automotive needs and would highly recommend them!

  Great people to deal with! The initial inspection & diagnostic report was outstanding - well worth the fee. The proper parts were ordered the first time and the work was completed as scheduled & promised. My dealership tried and failed to repair the brakes over a 10-week period, replacing several expensive parts which did not cure the problem. Allen Automotive gave a correct diagnosis in their initial diagnostic inspection report. All repairs are complete and working well. Excellent job!

  Kevin and all of the staff at Allen Automotive were so friendly and helpful. I was visiting from 4 hours North, they got me in early and on the road in no time! Made it home with no issues! So thankful for your quick response and ability to accommodate making it home on time. Thank you! Highly recommend!!
