Dave, the manager, was very helpful and even arranged for me to have a loaner. Also, the loaner car was clean. I highly recommend this auto repair shop because the service was excellent. I certainly will go there for any future repairs.

They provide online inspection reports so I can be informed before discussing with them. They communicate well and are helpful in deciding what should be fixed vs what can be deferred, given my usage of the vehicles. Helped me junk a rusty truck that wasn’t worth repairing the transmission on. I have a classic car that had been stored for 25 years that they got running again. Allen Auto maintains a service history for all vehicles which has saved me money when they have to replace parts still under warranty. Good group of experienced mechanics that provide helpful service at a fair price.

Detailed list and pictures to show they give u a breakdown and explain. When I got my list I asked the most important things needed to be fixed now and what can wait. I even gave them my budget so they could target the most important things that needed repair. Great place 10/10
