I have been going many years and my last times have been with a young lady her name is lexi I believe wonderful . Great job this time I could tell that nothing was really being done under the hood did not see the tires being checked ect . I did mention this in a nice way just ya know how were the fluids and tire pressure? I was told oh good . Hesitant but I left went to the Aldi up the road and popped the hood . As expected None of the fluids were checked or topped off . Wiper fluid bone dry , coolant low ect . This is standard ! And ignored even after being told all was good so .I ended up going back because ya know i paid for a service what I feel is a lot of money and it should be done correctly . The tech straight tells me “oh our tubes are broken” for the fluids break , wiper ect since yesterday so we are not doing any fill ups ! I was like oh so you’re charging customers for a service KNOWING your not doing the services ? correctly as advertised and your taking the money for said services . Disgusting! I called the complaint line. Anyone who got an oil change today 8/2/26 should know they did not do the FULL service to your vehicle they just lied about it and counted on the fact no one would notice . while taking your money ! Sad very disappointing.
