  I usually don’t post reviews and usually I would give this AutoZone a five out of five but lately I’m getting sick of going here with the rudeness from the staff. I had a order for pick up and Got an email saying that it was ready for pick up not realizing it had gone to the other store already and got treated extremely rudely by the staff, especially an associate I won’t name but I don’t appreciate the behavior or the treatment

  On a very cold and rainy night my truck broke on the way to the emergency room. I was able to limp it home, but my spare truck ended up having a dead battery. As us rural folk know that leaves us stranded as there are no buses, Ubers, or even taxis, out this way. I badly needed medical care and a very caring and honest man named Mel from the Two Rivers store went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my new battery that night and get back on the road, even going into his own personal time to do so. Given the state of the world today many people would, and have, in my past experiences, taken an opportunity such as this and would have either told me it wasn't their problem or they would have exploited the situation and over charged me, especially as an older woman. Mel was honest and only charged me what he should, he truly cared about my situation, and he didn't care about the bad weather or that he should have been done with work for the night. I truly appreciate the kindness he showed me and the help he gave. I will only go back to this store for vehicle issues now. Clearly the Two Rivers Auto Zone makes sure it has people running their store that are honest, kind, and hard working, and who have morals and decency about them. I can't thank y'all enough! I truly appreciative it! This is exactly the reason I bought a home in this community, the people are absolutely the best folks you will ever meet! God bless.

  I stopped at AutoZome and needed my windshield wipers replaced! It was a process cuz they are difficult, but Todd, Kraig and Carrie were amazing! They didn’t stop until I was able to leave with 2 new front and 1 new back windshield wipers. Great peeps and awesome customer service! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you!!

  Carrie is great every time I come into the store. Today she was very quick to help me figuring out the code on my vehicle.
