- DLDave LucasSep 16, 20261.0Just don't go. Used to have well trained techs. Not anymore. They swapped out my battery, crossed the cables and blew something. Took an hour they said they just wanted to make sure the battery was seated. Because of this I was late for an appointment and my power steering was broken. And other lights showed up on the dash. They said sorry call customer service. Called customer service said 2 days to get a call back from someone who can help. Now I have a car with no steering for 2 days. Frustrating experience overall. Prices are high, techs break the car, and non-urgent follow up to a solution. Update: Upon taking the car to a real mechanic it was discovered that the reversed polarity fried both the alternator and power steeing which is built into the steering rack on this car. This damage cost close to $4K worth of damage and still no remedy or follow up.
