- KWKurtis Wegner3 days ago2.0Extremely slow. Very kind but very slow. Came to get an emissions test and oil change. After it taking almost 45 minutes for the oil change, I asked how long for the emissions test. They said they couldn’t tell me. It wasn’t busy either.

The manager, Damond, consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He does a great job keeping me informed throughout the entire process, explaining what’s being done, and making recommendations for additional maintenance services that may be beneficial without ever being pushy. I’ve been to this location many times, and Damond has continually exceeded my expectations. Even though I have two Valvoline locations much closer to me in Menomonee Falls, I choose to drive to Sussex specifically because of the level of service and professionalism he and his team provide. Damond has put together an amazing crew that is knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. It’s rare to find this level of consistency and attention to detail. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, reliable service and a team that truly values its customers.
