  Was waiting in line for about 10 minutes when another customer walks in and talks to the employee on the phone. She said she’d help him in a minute, and sure enough, I was skipped and he was helped 1st.

  We stopped into the Sussex WI store on Saturday afternoon due to a potential battery issue. Vance checked to see if the issue was the battery or the alternator. Luckily it was just the battery! Vance was very helpful all around. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He spent time talking my husband through how to change the battery. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone for their car care needs. Thanks to Vance and the other store staff we were back on the road and headed home in no time flat!
