I'm writing about the ongoing supply issue with the AMSOIL EA026 filter. We have been having issues purchasing EA026 filters since April. We understand the filter manufacturer has closed. However, over the past five months we have contacted Customer Service, Technical Service and Industrial Sales, and no one has been able to tell us whether the EA026 will be produced again or when it will be available. We rely on this filter for our application and typically purchase hundreds at a time. The lack of supply, and the lack of any clear answer, is now affecting our operations and planning. We are asking for a direct answer to the following: 1. Will AMSOIL continue to offer the EA026 filter? 2. If so, when do you expect it to be available? Supply problems happen, and we understand that. These are challenges and help expose a business strengths and weakness. Clearly someone needs to take point on getting the information needed to support customer service representatives. What we need is a clear answer so we can plan accordingly and I know there is someone at AMS oil that can answer our questions and call us back in a timely manner.

Been a customer since 2013 and not once have had a single issue. Yeah sure the product is a little expensive, but when you look at the maintenance intervals you’re actually saving money in the long run not to mention saving money on mechanical items as well. I have a 2008 tundra with 285,000 miles on it and it’s performing very well but I also do regular maintenance too.

Amsoil has officially lost my business. Their website recommended SS ATF for my NV246 transfer case and after changing the fluids I noticed a humming/buzzing coming from the transfer case. Even though everywhere online and every dealership I called said you cannot use ATF in this transfer case they still claim it's the correct fluid 😳. I've brought a couple website mistakes to their attention and they dont change nothing...... Valvoline it is from now on

What you are doing in Powhatan, VA is ecologically devastating ignorance. If you want a motor sports park, then put it in your community, in your backyard. Those that have moved to Powhatan within the past 20 years should know that we were a rural county. If they, any newcomers or even outlying persons want this disrupting and wildlife condemning junk, then they should petition it for somewhere else that isn't rural. But, hey, the wildlife has already been screwed because they already logged the land. And WE - THE RURAL COMMUNITY HERE - didn't know about any of this until it was too late. There wasn't any publicity about your open houses because you didn't want any. Take your conniving plans elsewhere, please.
