  Amsoil has officially lost my business. Their website recommended SS ATF for my NV246 transfer case and after changing the fluids I noticed a humming/buzzing coming from the transfer case. Even though everywhere online and every dealership I called said you cannot use ATF in this transfer case they still claim it's the correct fluid 😳. I've brought a couple website mistakes to their attention and they dont change nothing...... Valvoline it is from now on

  What you are doing in Powhatan, VA is ecologically devastating ignorance. If you want a motor sports park, then put it in your community, in your backyard. Those that have moved to Powhatan within the past 20 years should know that we were a rural county. If they, any newcomers or even outlying persons want this disrupting and wildlife condemning junk, then they should petition it for somewhere else that isn't rural. But, hey, the wildlife has already been screwed because they already logged the land. And WE - THE RURAL COMMUNITY HERE - didn't know about any of this until it was too late. There wasn't any publicity about your open houses because you didn't want any. Take your conniving plans elsewhere, please.

  I have been an Amsoil account for at least 25 years. Prior to that I was buying from one of their dealers. I've been satisfied until today. Their new catalog displays a new (at least to me) product: antifreeze. They have 3 kinds but the catalog doesn't explain he differences. I phoned to have it explained to me. There was a wait so their autosystem called me back.. So far good. The woman who took my caller spoke poor English. I told her my question. She replied "Do you want to talk to someone?" I was out raged at that reply & said "No. I want to send Morse Code." Then I hungup. I emailed Tiffany who is my rep. I just sent the email & a man called me back. I do not know who the man is. I thought Tiffany was more than a rep ( owner). I now realize she is no very high up. The man said I was rude to his employee. I reversed that & said she was rude to me. Then the man hung up on me. I will close my account tomorrow. I gave Tiffany 24 hours to correct things,

  Me and my wife are independent dealers for AMSOIL going on my second year we had great and friendly customers service when I've ordered products and get the wrong items the fixed it fast and shipping it out same day

  I’ve been a long time user of AMSOIL products. Recently I decided I should get an account and unfortunately that is where the good times ended. I’ve placed 2 orders totaling about $500 in AMSOIL merch and office crap because why not support a company you like? Well I paid the orders thru PayPal it shows paid on my end. Their invoices say paid they shipped the product and now I’m getting emails about unpaid invoices. Insinuating I either tried to scam them or I can’t pay my bills. One why would PayPal show paid? Two why would your invoices show paid? Three why would you ship product without payment or a line of credit established? I also find it curious that one of the first reviews I read is a similar issue regarding a billing error. It’s sad as I opened an account to simplify my life buying fluids from one customer and now I’ll never buy another AMSOIL product again
