They also keep it very fair, allowing those who arrived first to move into other lanes if a different one is free. They are patient and transparent about pricing, which I appreciate!

- TFTerry FAug 14, 20261.0My truck has not run right since they did an oil change and looked everything over I sent an email over to contact somebody about how we can resolve these issues being that they really did something wrong to my vehicle and I'm looking at almost $2400 in repairs I would not trust these people they don't know what they're doing and they will not contact you when you have problems They disconnected in oil hose which ended up spraying oil all over my starter all over the main fuse box which eventually destroyed my starter destroyed the main fuel box and cause my battery to die no I am paying $2,400 to repair my vehicle They have an incompetent staff that has no idea what they're doing in was more concerned about joking around and having a good time at work then concentrating on my vehicle

They take the time to explain what they are checking, ask questions, and make sure you understand what your vehicle may need. As a single woman learning to handle more of the maintenance and care of my vehicle on my own, I really appreciated how comfortable and respected they made me feel. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. They were helpful, attentive, and thorough in checking the vehicle and identifying anything that might need attention. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall. I would definitely recommend them!
