They went above and beyond to change the air filter in the cabin of my car that hasn’t been changed since the car was made due to it being so complicated! The oil change was fast and efficient a great experience all around!

They made sure to communicate everything and didn’t push any type of “upgrades” that most places try to do! Super respectful and overall really helpful!!! Honesty goes a long way with me, I had a filter that needed changing in the near future but he informed me that it wasn’t dire…I went ahead and got it changed because I had the time and money to do so and he went from there and checked my other filter. I came for an oil change and ended up getting a few other services done because I felt comfortable, respected and appreciated. I’ve been coming to Valvoline since I got my car in October 2025 and I’ll continue to come here for the life of my car!

With that said, though the two ladies and the gentleman that was there worked as a team. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and a pretty cohesive unit. But if this is Valvoline versus take five, there’s no competition Valvoline mops the floor with take five.
