Had to use a heavy degreaser to remove. I assume the worker had the grease on his pants and did not notice. I still recommend this location and will be returning for future services.

They offered me the extras that I needed, without being pushy about any of the upsets. I plan to keep using them for every service they can provide for me!

Took it back asking them to specifically check the heat shield, they did, technician came out and told me that there was nothing wrong and everything was tight. Must be something else. Went to another mechanic and paid $100 to find out these peeps must have bent the heat shield when taking it off and didn't bother to tell me, lied to me and sent me on my way. If they would of just told me the truth I would have simply asked them to remove it an move on. Instead I had to spend an extra $100 for someone else to call them out. Shame. Shame.
