- JBJames BennettMay 4, 20261.0My safety guy brought our work van in just before lunch. Asked for oil change tire rotation and new wiper blades. The jiffy lube guys did the oil change and quickly pulled yhe van outside. Like they rushed it to go to lunch. My safety guy got the receipt and saw they did not rotate the tires or put wiper blades on. When he asked why they said tires are bald and it wasn't worth it. And they wouldn't bring van back in for wiper blades. Come to find out the tires are fine good tread. And they could of wiper blades on in parking lot or just sold us some it takes 2 minutes to install them. It seems like a rush job. And they did not want to do what I wanted them to do. Not Happy with jiffy lube service.

Now today he’s working on my car and again he did a thorough inspection and explained what needed to be done. I would recommend him to family and friends and will return if needed.

I feel like I got robbed, or I paid for like six oil changes up front and they owe me five more!! it seems like last year oil changes were still19.99!! sometimes he might pay $49.99 for a big ole truck or something. what the hell happened to that? The guys that did the work seemed great and knowledgeable and and whatnot put the price was just stupid. If I would have got the cabin filter and the air filter that they wanted me to I'd have been over $220 for an oil change for an oil change for an oil change
