  I was traveling and needed to empty the wastewater tanks on my travel trailer. I have a good sam membership so it's free. They have a nice setup there. Easy to pull up to, and they already had multiple waste hoses sitting there for you to use. Plus other things like gloves ect. I didn't need to pull anything out for dumping from my camper. I just was able to hook right up and start. Even had a water hose for the blackwater flushing.

  Rian did a fantastic job as our sales associate on a recent purchase from Camping World. He was extremely easy to work with. Rian stayed in regular contact throughout the entire process to ensure our needs were met and all our questions were answered. Yet, we never felt like we were being "over-sold" or pressured into making our purchase. We would work with Rian again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. We were very pleased with the entire Camping World staff that helped us during this transaction. This includes Tom and Tyler in finance. Thank you to the entire team!

  Bought a camper up at the green bay location and went to put it in storage and the jacks wouldn't work at all. Stopped by the sturtevant location after making a same day appointment and Tom came out and showed my grandfather and I the very simple fix. He also gave us a lot more useful information related to the system that we might run into. He was very patient with our questions and very friendly! We will definitely recommend this location to everyone!

  I just went into the store today to return some items I bought online from their website. I had my order number and just wanted a refund. “BOB” couldn’t figure out how to return the items and only offered a gift card. I told him no just refund back to card. He couldn’t so I took my stuff and thanked the lady as we were leaving and was taunted by BOB as I left the store! He should not be the face of camping world. He was rude, unprofessional and I will be calling the manager Josh tomorrow morning regarding his bad behavior. Bob’s co-worker had to tell him to stop! He just keep running his mouth saying rude things to us. I will never come back there and no one else should either. Bob should be fired. Shame on camping world for hiring such an angry employee.

  I was told to avoid camping word. Figured I'd take my chances. Marcos was a great honest salesman. Told him what we wanted, he was not pushy at all. Very relaxed very easy to work with. Explained everything pretty well and actually understands how campers work not just another salesman. Finance was fairly easy to work with. Told them the price I wanted and they figured out a way to get there. I got the let's go camping package which still has a few questionable options need to iron out but good package. I had a few issues before I took possession of the unit and they were no question asked fixed them and got them right. First time buyers and they could've pushed everything under the sun on us but I felt confident what I wanted and didn't want and they didn't push it. My review above stands, For their review in service side. God awful. Miya or Mia or whatever is extrmeley rude and difficult to deal with. Service manager is tolerable but seems to have communication issues. They have no sort of Communication. Let me leave with a camper that leaks like a sieve writing it off as "oh it's just a hose that had water" To come to find out it needs a whole new compartment door. They tell you to drop your unit off but it won't be looked at for atleast a week. Purchasinf is fine. You'd be better off bringing the thing for any type of service to any other dealership because their service department is clueless. Maybe they'll win me back as a customer but minute they finish fixing stuff I'll be using kunes.
