We signed a contract and made a $5000 down payment for a $10,000 job last year to replace a couple gears on a set of hangar doors last November. We patiently waited over 2 months before we started to get concerned. Craig would dissappear for weeks and even months at a time never answering his phone or returning calls. Finally got through at the end of March and he said they couldn't get to it until the end of April. That is the last I heard. Not answering his phone or returning emails, writing this on June 24th. Do not do buisness with this clown. Small claims summons pending. Wish I didn't have to leave 1 star to post this review.

As a corporate aviation facility manager accustomed to strict aerospace safety standards, I am appalled by the performance of Aviation Hangar Door Professionals. We contracted them for repairs on a 40-foot bifold hangar door, expecting specialized technical expertise. Instead, they dispatched a crew that presented a massive safety and operational liability.The service technicians lacked basic equipment competency. They struggled to operate standard scissor lifts, moving the machinery clumsily and dangerously close to corporate aircraft. Far more alarming was their blatant disregard for OSHA regulations. Despite working at critical heights of 40 feet, the technicians refused to wear fall protection harnesses, failing completely to tie off to approved anchor points.Their total lack of workplace safety protocol, zero situational awareness, and visible lack of training are unacceptable in any industrial environment, let alone aviation. This company is an accident waiting to happen. We terminated their access to our facility immediately and will never hire them again. If you value your infrastructure and your liability exposure, look elsewhere.
