- WOWendy OBrien2 days ago5.0What a wonderful experience. I went to have an oil change - my fall one. I usually do it in spring and fall. I don’t have many miles on my vehicle and have never had the service people tell me my oil looked great and didn’t need an oil service at this time. I moved here a year ago from Denver area and Denver never said that to me. Great customer service 👍
- ECEric CoffinSep 29, 20265.0Staff was friendly, professional and quick.
- YBYork BleyerSep 14, 20261.0This staff kids are great with good attitudes. Waiting area is dirty, reported two times and never improved. THE OWNER OF THE FRANCHISE CHARGES A FLAT FEE FOR A OIL CHANGE. A CUSTOMER PAYS THE SAME FEE WITH OR WITHOUT VALVOLINE LUBRICANTS OR PARTS BEING USED (VERY UNFORTUNATE). WENT IN THIS WEEK AND THE STAFF SAID THEY HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO VACUUME DIRTY OIL OUT THROUGH THE DIP STICK ON VEHICLES FROM NO ON. NO OIL DRAINED FROM THE BOTTOM DRAIN PLUG ANY LONGER ON A VEHICLE, GRRR! THIS LEAVES A BIT MORE OIL IN THE PAN IF THE TUBE DOESN'T SIT CORRECTLY AT THE BOTTOM CORRECTLY AND THE MAGNETIC DRAIN PLUG DOESN'T GET CLEANED FROM METAL PARTICLES. DON'T GE IT? IF STAFF ARE UNDER THE CAR TO REPLACE THE OIL FILTER, WHY NOT DRAIN THE OIL FROM THE BOTTOM AS INTENDED BY 90% OF THE MANUFACTURE'S?). I LEFT AND AM NOT GOING BACK FOR THESE REASONS!

- MBMike BrownAug 28, 20265.0The gentleman who appeared to be the lead tech was the friendliest, most engaged employee I have encountered at Valvoline. I didn't get his name. He was a shorter guy.... African American. He literally engaged with me about my dogs after reading my personalized license plates. Showed me pics of his dogs, etc. I'm a manager at a huge warehouse chain....he would easily be an employee I'd be happy to have working for and representing us.
